This is a the latest addition to our Vegan Range of preserves. Made with Aubergines, Garlic, Maple Syrup, Vegan Bacon Flavouring and a good slug of Bourbon making this a very unusual condiment. making also a great condiment as we have been told by may Vegan Converts that the only thing they miss is the flavour & Taste of BACON !!!

So our developer chief came up with this interesting recipe which has been selling extremely well at the Farmers Markets & Food Shows we have attended this year.

We personally use this Chutney as part of a snack like Cheese on Toast, Tofu and Cold Meats.
