This is a very unusual tart-sweet spicy condiment / jam. Made with Hot Applewood Smoked Plum Tomatoes, Sweet Onion and Mexican Poblano Chillies, Rosemary, Brown Sugar and Cider Vinegar.
We personally use this jam / condiment as part of a snack which we call Rosemary Smoked Tomato Jam with Poached Egg.
