For the past years here at Holly And The Ivy we like to keep our impact to the environment to a minimum (we even have a log burner to heat part of our home) and have been lucky to find 2 local allotments society’s near to our production facility in Birmingham where we can take all our kitchen waste we produce which they then turn into compost for their pitches.
