West Dean’s Chilli Fiesta which was one of the of the UK’s largest and most popular Chilli Events in the UK will no longer take place in future years.
It has been deemed by West Dean Collage that they want to take their events in a NEW DIRECTION. Below is a copy of the E-Mail sent to all traders on the 4th October 2019
As a valued Trader I wanted to let you know that we have decided to take our events in a new direction focused on arts and creativity, in line with what we do as a College and that Chilli Fiesta 2020 will now not take place. Instead, a new Summer Arts Series is being developed for 2020 to welcome visitors to a range of event days in the same glorious setting here at West Dean during August. We would like to thank you for your support of the Chilli Fiesta and all you have done to help make it a success over the last 24 years.
Best regards The West Dean Events Team

We like most of the other Chilli Producers are devastated by this news but who knows a NEW CHILLI FESTIVAL may take it place in the Chilli Calendar in the Midlands Area so keep WATCHING THIS SPACE
