About the Stone Farmers’ Market
The first Farmers’ Market was held during the 2005 Stone Food and Drink Festival! It proved so popular that it has now become a monthly event taking place on the first Saturday of every month and has evolved into what is undoubtedly Staffordshire’s biggest and best Farmers’ Market.
Each month, over fifty stalls selling the very best in local produce attracts a loyal following.
The monthly Farmers’ Markets are held on the first Saturday of every month starting at 9.00am – but get there early as several stalls have been known to be sold out by lunchtime! The market is held in the Market Square and down the High Street.
Stone Farmers’ Market is promoted and marketed by the Stone Food and Drink Festival and managed by Stafford Borough Council.

The BBC Good Food Shows Winter have been running for 25 years this year! From humble beginnings back in 1990 with the very first BBC Good Food Show at the NEC Birmingham now attracting over 250,000 visitors.
We will be exhibiting again this year in the Producers Village Area on stand H114
